Di zaman yang serba berteknologi seperti sekarang ini, tenaga pengajar sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa, seperti halnya Guru dan Dosen. Guru atau Dosen tidak hanya harus mengajar dan mendidik, melainkan juga harus kreatif. kreatifitas seorang guru/dosen sangatlah diperlukan untuk menunjang keinginan mahasiswa dan siswa untuk belajar lebih giat lagi. seperti halnya guru atau dosen yang menggunakan metode-metode tertentu untuk mengajar, membuat soal-soal pelajaran berbasis online dan melakukan observasi ke sekolah-sekalah lain dan sebagainya.Dengan adanya Guru atau Dosen yang kreatif ini diharapkan mampu membuat para mahasiswa dan siswa menjadi kreatif lagi nantinya.
